Pure Ukrainian Wildflower Honey 1kg

Delivered Jan 29, 2025I wanted to support Ukraine products but:Just opened Feb 6, 2025, and find crystals forming already 🙂‍↔️

After opening the bottle the honey crystallised in the span of few days. Also this honey doesn’t have a good taste.

Good honey, It did come with some crystallization but that’s ok and it was very soft still. I pored it into a class jar I had so I could heat it up in hot water. You don’t want to do that with plastic. Got all the honey out in a few minutes.Colour is great and taste is stronger than golden honey. It’s not as strong as buckwheat honey. Flavour is very good for me but if you’ve never had anything other then golden normal honey just be aware it will taste different. All the wildflowers make good honey with different taste. I use in coffee, tea and pretty much everything. Due to the stronger taste I put a little less in.

I always buy local & Canadian honey but decided to try this wild flower Honey from Ukraine and I have to say it did not disappoint. The texture, aroma and taste are great. The only surprise was that it was in a plastic bottle and not glass but it makes sense as glass would be too heavy and higher chance of breaking. I transferred it to a glass jar at home. Would buy again.

I have a jar of unpasturized local honey in my cupboard and I prefer the colour, aroma and flavour of this Marma wildflower honey.My local honey is from clovers and there is definitely a difference in taste and colour with this wildflower honey. Can honey be sweeter? More intensely flavoured but in a good way? I'd say yes and this honey is both of those things.Unfortunately it arrived mostly crystalized. Yes, you can smooth out crystalized honey but to do so, you need to heat it. I hesitate to do that because it's unpasturized and if I heat it too much, I lose the benefits of unpasturized honey.The crystalization is the reason I rated this as 4 stars and not 5.You might receive it perfectly smooth, and if you do, I absolutely consider this a 5 star honey in that case.*Note: I see the listing now says this honey is "partially crystallized".That note wasn't there when I ordered it, so it was a surprise to me and something I didn't expect.As you can see from the image listings, the honey is shown as smooth and liquid.I read some information on a beekeeper's forum and they said honey that crystalizes may do so because it's 'drier' and also has a higher fructose or glucose content. I can say this honey is very sweet and I really enjoy that. I don't enjoy the crunch but when I use this in warm milk or tea, that's a non issue.It's a nice honey and the value is there for the price. The crystals aren't a deal breaker for me and now that it's mentioned in the title of the listing, you won't be surprised if it shows up that way.

Love everything about this honey and will be ordering this again.This honey has a deep, rich flavor and a beautiful, dark color that you just don’t get with most commercial honeys (honies? lol). Its texture is thick and smooth, making it perfect for drizzling on toast, yogurt, or fresh fruit. Personally, I've been revisiting a childhood favorite of peanut butter and honey sandwiches. :) Sooooooooooooooo good.While I don't necessarily have a problem with standard grocery store honey, I do often feel like they taste... commercial? Or artificial or something? This, however, I feel honestly deserves to be enjoyed as more than just a sweetener.Packaging was secure, and the glass jar was in perfect condition upon arrival.All of that would be more than enough for me to continuing ordering, but the proceeds also go to a good cause (preserving pollinator gardens).All in all, very happy with my order.

Excellent honey and i am very happy to see it's a product of Ukraine supporting their local beekeepers. I haven't had a nice natural honey in a while i typically have purchased the over processed liquified or creamy honey. You kind of forget how absolutely delicious a more naturally minimally processed honey is. It's delicious on a sandwich, melts away into a tea, the crystals offer a bit sweet packet of crunch. The price is good for the quality and quantity on offer, i would absolutely recommend!

The honey itself is fantastic—pure, unfiltered, and with a lovely flowery taste. The honey did come with some crystallization, but that’s a normal trait for raw honey. Just a bit of warm water can fix it. The quality of the honey is just great and makes this an awesome buy.

This honey is delicious.Although some was liquid, it did crystallize quite a bit on the bottom. Which apparently is normal to do?The containers are a made of plastic and easy to recycle for the environment when empty.This comes as a two pack and is great sized and labelled well.They are good until Feb 2026.Shipping and delivery was fast.I used a tablespoon in my tea instead of sugar. So yummy.

Wow! Great and raw product! Does not get more pure than this. Well packaged and great amount for cost considering the quality of the honey.I hope you found my review helpful.

This plastic jar of honey comes partially crystallized, which is normal and is fine for consumption. The wildflower honey tastes a little different from what I'm normally used to, but it still tastes great. I recommend giving this a try!

Wildflower honey from Ukraine that tastes sooo yummy. Smooth and delicate, not harsh on the throat like some honey.My bottle was almost fully crystallized, however this is natural depending on the content of glucose or fructose. Higher glucose honey crystallizes faster and higher fructose honey slower. All natural depending on the type of flowers the bees had. If you want to melt the honey so it's liquid, just place the bottle in very warm water and it will quickly de-crystallize. Don't use hot water because that's not supposed to be good for the honey.

While the taste of this honey is nice with its light windflower hint and no dandelion like bitterness it arrived almost fully crystallized. I’m guessing because it isn’t fully airtight. Although there is an aluminum foil cover. When squeezed I could still hear air entering/escaping. It could also have been shipped cokes than it should have been also. There’s a few variables that could change this. Since it was packaged on February 16 2024. I could see both playing a role in its crystallization. While it can be re liquified I’m not the biggest fan of heating it’s plastic jar for any extended period of time and especially more than once. While it was shipped very well protected. I wish it was a glass jar and had a tighter lid and seal. If crystallization doesn’t bother you then great, but if you prefer smooth liquid honey. I might recommend looking around for a local beekeeper first.Thanks for your time, I hope this was helpful.

I thought that this would just taste like every other honey, but boy was I wrong! There was nothing but sweet, soft, flowery, honey goodness! My husband has been eating it by the spoon fulls! There truly is a difference in overall flavor and quality. This honey tastes so natural that you picked up a jar from the farmer down the street! This truly is a wonderful product and will definitely purchase again!

This honey arrived partially crystallized as described, although the photo in the description shows no crystallization at all. This is fine, but the jar is over 50% crystalized, so I will have to warm it up in some hot water if I want to use it in a more liquid form. Not a major problem, just and added step using this honey, where I usually do not have to do this with other locally sourced raw honey.The honey is in a soft plastic jar and not glass, which probably is the reason why there is a best before date on this honey. While honey generally has a lifetime shelf life, I can only explain the best before date because the plastic jar may start to fail after a couple of years. Personally, I would choose to buy honey that comes in a glass jar just for this reason, that there is no plastic usage and that there is no chance that the plastics could leech into the food product.The flavour of the honey is nice. It does not have an intense flavour, it is in the medium level, which is nice to use as a spread on food. Overall, the honey tastes good, but I do not like the fact that it is in a plastic jar.

This is a huge jar of honey that came really well packaged so it arrived perfectly intact. As you can see in the picture, there is already a lot of crystalization upon arrival, which I guess goes to show how pure it is. The honey tastes really great. It's a wide mouthed bottle, so I just used a clean spoon to get the honey out. For the quantity, the price is not too bad in my opinion. There are cheaper honey brands out there but I think the quality of this one is better. I have heard heating honey ruins it's properties, so definitely when I get down to the crystalized portion of the bottle, I'll have to figure out a way to liquify it without losing it's health benefits.

The honey tastes great but unfortunately one of the lids was broken which caused the honey to leak everywhere in the packaging. One of the 2 jars was not usable.

No leaks in my packaging but I don't like that the jars are plastic,not a good ideafor honey.Have this for a month now at room temperature and its still the same amount of crystallized honey as the day I received it.This honey isn't like normal honey in the sense it isn't thick ,it's a runny type of honey.Has to be warmed up to eliminate the crystallization ,so annoying 😒.Taste is OK but not the best.
