The unique design of the dripper allows for easier observation of the coffee brewing process. The grooves in the bottom third of the dripper facilitate a smoother flow, while the ribs in the pouring area contribute to an ideal extraction. Two different sizes are available to meet different needs. No.01 is suitable for 1-2 servings using 15-20g of ground coffee, while No.02 is suitable for 2-4 servings with 20-30g of ground coffee. It is recommended to use a powder-to-water ratio of 1:12~1:18.
The glass crystal eye dripper is durable and sturdy, providing high permeability and uniform temperature during extraction. The removable holder is made of PC, making it easy to clean. The new design ensures that the filter paper fits closely with the dripper, resulting in a more flavorful extraction.
The dripper has a three-layer construction. The first layer is sealed, preventing water from passing through because there are no grooves on the surface. This feature allows for control of water flow, especially when pouring a large volume of water. The second layer is the water layer, where water can be poured. The concave area gradually reduces to control the speed of the water flow. The last layer is the coffee layer, which holds 15-20g of coffee grounds. Numerous grooves in this layer ensure even extraction.
The filter paper fits the dripper perfectly. The unique design of the grooves creates a fully conical surface, solving the problem of fitting the filter to the dripper. It's easy to make coffee, even for beginners.
This design deviates from the traditional pattern. Instead of using ribs to control water flow like traditional filter cups, the dripper is mainly concave, allowing for more uniform and smooth water flow. With smooth permeability, there's no need to worry about over-extraction when the water flow is slow.

Turn on Kettle. Set to 92Β°C (198Β°F)
Weigh 22g of Coffee
Grind Coffee between 20 and 25 on Baratza Encore
Pre-wet Filter and Preheat Glass Carafe
Discard Preheat Water From Carafe
Add Ground Coffee to Filter. Shake Gently to Level the Coffee Bed
Start Timer
Pour 70g of Water for Bloom. Agitate Gently for 5-10 seconds
When Timer Reaches 45 Seconds, Continue Pouring in a Controlled Circular Motion
Finish Pouring When Scale Reads 360g
Give Gentle Stir Around Edge of Dripper. Wait for Water to Completely Draw Down
