Coffee Delivery Information

We offer free Canada-wide shipping on all orders over $45 CAD, for orders below $45 CAD, shipping is approximately $14 within Canada. Additionally, we offer Xpresspost and Priority service for quicker out of province delivery to applicable regions for a surcharge of $6 CAD on orders over $45.

Next day coffee: We aim to send out all orders placed before 3pm EST on the next working day (Mon-Fri excluding bank holidays). At busy times we might not be able to do this and once your order has been sent you will receive a dispatch confirmation email. As an example, if you order before midnight on Wednesday we will aim to send this out to you on Thursday.  

Our working days are Monday-Friday (we are closed bank holidays). While we always do our best to meet the next working day dispatch goal at busy times there might be an additional delay dispatching your order. 

Below are the estimated number of business days for delivery by region once the order has been shipped:

Ontario + Quebec – 1-2 Days
Manitoba, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia + Prince Edward Island – 3 Days
British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan + Newfoundland – 5 Days 
Northwest Territories, Yukon + Nunavut – 5+ days
Remote addresses / PO Boxes are delivered by Canada Post and may require an additional 1-2 business days.
Metropolitan U.S. areas – 2-3 Days
Rural U.S. areas – 4 Days

Carbon-Neutral Shipping

We’re balancing the emissions generated from shipping. We purchase carbon offsets and neutralize the environmental impact of these emissions.
Hutsul Coffee Factory is actively working to reduce emissions. To achieve carbon-neutral shipping, we partner with accredited carbon offset providers. These providers support projects that mitigate the environmental impact of shipping your packages.

 

Returns

Coffee
We generally do not accept returns on roasted coffee, but if you are not happy with your purchase don’t hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Merchandise + Brewing Gear
We can exchange any faulty or broken merchandise, accessories or brewing equipment orders within 30 days of the receipt date (for cafe purchases) or delivery date (for online purchases). Please send us an email with as many details to arrange a replacement order.
